New tenant moves into DCA at SouthPoint
Trivero´s main activities in the recently leased 1100 sqm DCA unit of SouthPoint are the storage and distribution of racking and other fittings systems for shop interiors. Trivero has a close relationship with its main partner – ITAB - a Swedish European group which develops, manufactures and sells complete shop fittings, checkouts and entrance systems. After agreeing on the proposed terms, Trivero leased the space within 2 weeks. Timing was a crucial issue for Trivero, and Pinnacle was able to deliver the “A” class storage space as well as the required fitted racking system solutions in a short span of time.
